Jeannette Cooley is a data-driven systems architect, business analyst, and founder of Community Bridge Solution LLC Hub, where she helps small businesses, seniors, and families protect themselves from scams, disorganization, and preventable crises.
With more than 30 years of experience designing automated systems, building databases, reverse engineering legacy platforms, and developing high-accuracy reporting tools, Jeannette brings a rare combination of technical depth, operational clarity, and real-world problem-solving to every project.
Her career spans major organizations including Bank of New York Mellon, Wilmoth & Associates P.A., Crawford & Compan/Contractor Connection, Citizens Property Insurance, Florida Blue, Lener Processing Services (now Black Knight, Centene Corporation, Absolute Total Care, FGP International, Computer Science Corporation, and Arnold & Porter International Law Firm, where she developed complex SQL reporting systems, automated Microsoft Access and Excel VBA solutions, and large-scale data integration tools used across multiple departments and states. She has built systems that reduced processing times from days to hours, prevented costly financial errors, eliminated duplicate reporting, and automated entire workflows that previously required multiple staff members.
Jeannette’s expertise includes SQL, T-SQL, VBA (Access, Excel, Word, Outlook), database design, systems integration, QA testing, workflow engineering, documentation, business process analysis, data profiling, automation, and legacy system modernization. Her work has supported financial institutions, insurance companies, healthcare organizations, law firms, and government-related programs.
Jeannette has also owned several small information technology businesses. She also purchased and operated a Homewatch Caregivers Franchise, overseeing daily operations and supervising 5 staff members.
In addition, Jeannette oversees the creation, development, and management of her business’s websites, social media platforms, AI systems, research processes, and operational analysis. Her responsibilities include building and maintaining the business’s digital presence, developing AI-supported systems, auditing workflows and processes for accuracy and efficiency, coordinating implementation, documenting procedures, and ensuring the business stays organized, scalable, and responsive to client needs.
Today, Jeannette applies her technical background to community-focused services through Community Bridge Solution LLC Hub. She designs simple, practical, senior-friendly, and small-business-friendly systems that prevent common problems, including pre-scam services, Google Business Profile setup and protection, small-business operations checkups, pre-disaster data vaults, post-placement oversight and monitoring, and scam awareness workshops.
She is also developing a suite of AI-supported micro systems that integrate with her services, including automated scam-screening workflows, AI-assisted documentation tools, pre-disaster inventory-capture systems, business assessment templates, communication logs and monitoring tools, and simple AI-powered checklists and forms for seniors and small businesses.
